Celebrating Our Positive Ofsted Outcome
We are delighted to share the positive outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection, which recognised the strong start children make at Carnforth School. Early Years was judged as strong, with all other areas meeting the expected standard.
Inspectors highlighted the caring, nurturing environment created by our staff, who understand each child’s individual strengths and support them to thrive. Children were also praised for their enthusiasm, particularly their love of outdoor learning and the rich range of opportunities provided.
Headteacher, Paul Prigg said:
“We are incredibly proud of this report, which reflects the hard work, dedication and care shown by my colleagues every day. At Carnforth, we are committed to ensuring every child feels valued and supported to succeed, and it is wonderful to see this recognised by Ofsted. This is a real team effort – we are grateful to our children, families and the team for making our school such a special place to learn.”
This achievement is a testament to our whole school community, and we look forward to continuing to build on this success.
