What are Learning Superpowers?
Learning Superpowers celebrate the fantastic learning behaviours our children at Carnforth display. When children are showing the characteristics of our learning superpowers (resilience, collaboration, communicating, thinking, curiosity and risk taking) the children receive a sticker showing the particular learning superpower they have demonstrated.
Each classroom has a display for the children’s understanding of the characteristics and for children and staff to refer to during the day. There is also a weekly assembly to discuss each characteristic and to demonstrate how to display the learning superpowers in different situations and contexts.
Superpower Stickers
Children who demonstrate Carnforth’s learning superpowers will receive a sticker that will enable them to talk about their learning behaviour in school and at home.
