Little Pears is our ‘Wrap around’ school club for children from Carnforth School aged 3 – 11.
We are here to help busy families who need a safe place for their children to be cared for while they work, attend appointments etc. We are part of Carnforth School and are based within the school. We have a full range of school based facilities available to us.
Little Pears is open from 3.00pm until 6.00 pm weekdays, during term time (except last day of each full term i.e.: Christmas, Easter, Summer).
What we offer
The children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. There will always be a selection of activities and resources available including; dressing up, board games, construction, computer games, physical play and reading. A range of snacks are provided during the session.
Registration
We require a completed set of registration forms for your child before they can attend the club. You can obtain a registration pack by speaking to our office staff or emailing the office on office@carnforthschool.org – They will provide all of the information needed. Payments are made in advance through our online payment portal – Squid.
What about short notice?
There will be a number of spaces available every day for ‘short notice’ bookings, for example when parents are stuck in traffic, working late or have an appointment. Please just ensure you let the office staff know before 3pm.
